Soft salami, larded salami and liver salami. The handcrafted process is long and accurate. Meat of swine born and raised in Marche. All cuts are without nerves or tendons, minced and seasoned with salt, pepper, vino cotto and a hint of garlic. Gluten and lactose free and with no extra additives or preservatives. Stuffed in natural bowels, the salamis are then tied with twine by hand and cured in natural cellars in the typical Marche region microclimate.
